The desire for automation in the hottest American

The desire for automation in the U.S. printing industry is growing day by day

once upon a time, the word printing automation was a luxury Imagination: a printing part used electronic means to comprehensively control production through management software and key data from the printing machine in the whole process from receiving to delivering. In the past, this was just a good idea, not the preferred way for enterprises. Now, full automation has been put on the priority development agenda of enterprises. There are requirements from the following four aspects:

1 Market competition, but the challenges we face are not as fierce as before.

(1) although printing enterprises have carried out many mergers, the competition faced by enterprises has not been reduced, but has become increasingly fierce. The use of digitalization and Internet has expanded the printing business from a narrow space in the past to a global scope. The business is not only from local, but also from the other side of the ocean and all over the world. In this era, the printing industry has no choice but to use electronic documents for production. Facts show that the highly competitive market cannot tolerate even a little inefficiency, mistakes, losses and waste

(2) not all printing enterprises can achieve the same growth rate. Professionals from the American Printing Industry Association are generally optimistic about the economic situation in 2004. More than 66% of professionals believe that the sales growth of printing enterprises can reach at least 5% this year, while more than 36% believe that it is as high as 10%. Printing companies hope to benefit from the U.S. economic recovery, but they don't expect much. 74.5% of professionals expect the sales growth to come from taking the market share of competitors, 22.8% of the growth share is from companies that have quit the static torsion testing machine of printing line and used in the static change mechanical property testing industry of automotive transmission shaft, half shaft, and other shaft parts, and another 9.2% of the share is brought about by enterprise merger. In a word, our opinion survey organization is considering the reorganization of printing enterprises. They raised a question that every printing company must answer: how can enterprises obtain more market share? Under the condition that the average development speed of enterprises is not high, how to do everything possible to keep the original market share and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises

2. The printing production process is becoming more and more complex. For example, we have provided dental materials for customers to carry out compression experiments

(1) the printing business has become very complex, and the shorter the construction period and delivery time, the customers will demand orders immediately if they are smart enough to see the market demand. Short delivery time and high quality requirements. Customers' understanding of personalized printing has greatly increased the requirements for color, design and customization. In this way, it provides a huge business opportunity for those enterprises that have the ability and preparation to produce error free products faster and better. For enterprises that are not prepared, this opportunity is lost

(2) the services of printing enterprises have become integrated with other services, and the workflow has become more complex. Diversified business service is a hot topic often mentioned by people in the printing industry. When investigating printing companies, the American Printing Association insisted on customer service as a part of the evaluation results. For example, variable content digital printing and customer database management have won a huge space for printing enterprises to increase profits, while avoiding the risk of losing customer trust and cooperation for enterprises. This service concept is very clear: that is, the printing company is raised from the perspective of a partner to the perspective of a multi solution provider, and the enterprise provides customers with comprehensive solutions starting from early design, including medium and long-term, a wide range of needs

but in fact, diversified business services have greatly increased the difficulty of integrating with workflow, which is very challenging. For example, who can leave behind the income gained by the traditional printing workshop, which has become a bottleneck? With the printing industry surpassing the ancient role of printing ink on paper, the importance of printing production process automation is growing at the right time

3. modernization of printing industry

printing industry is a modern manufacturing industry rather than a manual workshop in the traditional impression. In the survey on the future of printing, the American Printing Association asked the printing industry what projects they would first consider to invest in the next five years, as follows:

(1) digitalization. Because commercial activities have moved towards digitalization, and every printing enterprise is in the general environment of commercial circulation

(2) consolidation. Printing enterprises should merge to become a successful digital infrastructure. It is meaningless to just add service content

(3) continuously improve the competitiveness of enterprises, because the reason is very obvious. If you don't advance, you will fall back. These three priority investment projects are one of the elements of printing production automation and modern production. In this way, enterprises can enter important digital production in time, actively strengthen their strength and transform their weaknesses

4. Better preparation for the future

finally, it is necessary to understand the economic development trend of the United States after three years of severe economic recession. Now, the printing business has unexpectedly returned to the hands of enterprises. As the "economic edge" survey conducted by the special group of the American Printing Association shows, printing sales have increased by 33.5% since November 2003, which is the most noteworthy growth performance in the printing industry since 2000. More than 42% of professionals believe that the economy will improve after January this year, while another 28% hold the opposite view. In addition, more than 53% predicted that the business would expand in the first half of 2004, while 7.4% held the opposite view

after three consecutive years of economic downturn, we hope that the sales performance of printing companies can reach a growth rate of 4.1% this year. By this summer, the stable printing price and profit will be stronger and stronger

it is risky to conclude now that everything will improve after a recession cycle. Complacency is the enemy of printing enterprises, which is even more destructive than Intel. After all, we have re understood the role of printing in the whole commercial circulation in the complex market changes, and how people use digital production. For those enterprises that come prepared, the current market opportunity can be said to be historic. The use and maintenance of fatigue testing machines, while for enterprises that are not prepared, they will also have a better look than during the economic recession

then, who is the one who is ready? Facing such a complex and competitive market, there is no simple answer. But one thing is certain: which printing enterprise can choose automated production, minimize delivery time, have the highest efficiency, waste the least, and have no human errors, then which enterprise can seize this opportunity to its advantage
