according to ZF group's active and passive safety technology department - ZF Trinasolar announced that on November 2, 2015, its two new plants in Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu Province, China have been put into operation, It produces braking system and passenger safety system products respectively
the brake factory in Zhangjiagang covers an area of about 23000 square meters. It mainly produces electronic parking brake EPB system, integrated parking brake system, front brake caliper and vacuum booster, and has the manufacturing and assembly process of brake housing, bracket and brake drive components. In 2016, the factory will have more than 750 employees to clamp the standard tension samples on the hydraulic universal testing machine
the occupant safety system factory covers an area of about 16000 square meters, mainly producing driver airbag, passenger airbag, side airbag, curtain airbag, and a series of safety belt technologies. Specific products include ZF Trinasolar FS1, spr4 retractors, locking devices and hood lifters. The total number of employees in the factory will exceed 500 by the end of 2016

The employees will use the ultra automatic electronic tensile testing machine to load and unload 10000 samples.
