Common Troubleshooting Analysis of the ink path of offset press

the fault of the ink path is that the ink transferred to the paper does not reach the ideal state. The ideal state of ink on paper is: uniform ink color and moderate density. The troubleshooting of ink road must also follow the benchmark principle. The benchmark of the ink path is the embossing cylinder, so it is of practical significance to adjust the ink path based on it. The general method of ink circuit troubleshooting is analyzed through the transmission of ink circuit

1. The ink in the ink bucket is not smooth

(1) the gap between the ink bucket and the ink bucket roller is too small. Adjust the ink bucket screw to increase the gap

(2) there is dirt in the ink bucket (such as ink skin or paper wool, etc.) blocking the gap between the ink bucket blade and the ink bucket roller

a. increase the gap so that dirt such as paper wool or skin can fall on the ink receiving tray through the gap

b. stir the ink fountain frequently, so that the dirt can't always be blocked in the place under the stars

(3) the ink cannot be opened

a. the temperature is too low and the temperature increases; Hi ink is too thick, add ink mixing oil or adhesive remover; c. Do not stir the ink for a long time, the ink solidifies, and frequently stir the ink bucket

(4) there is too little ink in the star

a. add ink to the ink bucket

b. stir the stars frequently

(5) the ink bucket roll turning south is too small, and the angle of the star bucket roll is increased

2. The surface of the ink bucket roller is scratched

(1) the two corners of the ink knife are too sharp, and the two corners of the ink knife are rounded

(2) the ink opening blade and the ink bucket roller are too tight. The computer automatically calculates the results and prints the report. Even if there is no ink, there should be a gap between the ink bucket blade and the star roller

(3) there will be a bucket when there is no ink, and there may be a dry grinding thunder bucket between individual parts of the ink bucket blade and the ink bucket roller when there is no ink

(4) there are hard dirt in the oil in the ink bucket, such as sand, stones, etc. remove the dirt in the ink bucket and increase the gap

3. Too much ink in the inkwell

(1) the gap between the ink bucket blade and the ink bucket roller is too large. Adjust the ink bucket screw to reduce the gap

(2) the angle of inner bucket roll is too large to reduce the angle

(3) there is too much ink in the ink bucket to reduce the amount of ink. Generally, it should not exceed two-thirds of the maximum volume of the ink bucket

4. The ink flows out from the bottom of the ink bucket

(1) the temperature is too high, and the ink becomes too thin. Reduce the temperature or add No. 0 soy sauce

(2) add too much No. 6 inking oil or adhesive remover, remove the ink in the ink bucket and replace it with the original one

(3) reduce the gap between the ink bucket blade and the ink bucket roller

5. The ink transfer roller does not transfer ink

(L) the pressure between the ink transfer roller and the ink bucket roller is too small, increase the pressure (there is no ink on the ink transfer roller at this time)

(2) the pressure between the ink transfer roller and the ink string roller is too small, increase the pressure (at this time, there is ink on the inner roll)

(3) if the ink bucket roller does not rotate or the corner is too small, increase the corner of the sauce bucket roller

(4) the ink transfer is seriously worn, and the left and right diameters are different. Replace the transfer roller

(5) the ink transfer roller does not swing

a. the shop at both ends of the ink transfer roller is broken; Replace the pin

b. the spring driving the ink transfer roller to swing is broken or deformed too much: replace the spring

(6) the bearings at both ends of the ink transfer roller are worn. Replace the bearings

6. Poor inking of inking roller

(1) the single ink volume of inking roller is too small, adjust the eccentricity, and increase the inking volume

(2) replace the inking roller for water absorption and deinking on the surface of the single ink pen

(3) the surface runout of the single ink roller is too large, and the replacement rate is too high. Pharmacy or remove it for reprocessing

(4) the ink sequence of the inking roller rate is incorrect. Change the ink sequence (some machines can be changed, and some machines cannot be changed)

(5) there is dirt on the surface of the single ink roller. Clean the ink roller

7. Poor inking of inking roller

(1) the inking roller is not installed in place, and it is removed and reinstalled

(2) the leveling roller is seriously worn, and the leveling roller is replaced

(3) there is too much zero ink at both ends of the inking roller, remove it and clean it

(4) replace the bearings when the bearings at both ends of the inking roller are damaged

(5) the surface of the inking roller is aging and loses elasticity. Replace the inking roller

8. Poor inking of inking roller

(1) the pressure between inking roller and inking is too small, and the ink is not transmitted to increase the pressure

(2) the pressure between the inking roller and the inking roller is too large, and the ink is squeezed out to reduce the pressure

(3) the pressure between the inking roller and the printing plate is too small, and the ink has not transferred to increase the pressure

(4) the pressure between the inking roller and the printing plate is too large, and the imprinting deformation is too large to reduce the pressure

(5) the axial series motion of the inking roller is too large, remove the supports at both ends and reinstall

(6) the clutch mechanism of the inking roller is not working well

a. the force closing spring is invalid: replace the spring

b. the rotary shaft of the clutch mechanism is poorly lubricated: add lubricating oil

c. improper adjustment of the plug on the clutch mechanism: readjust according to requirements

(7) other troubleshooting of inking roller is the same as that of uniform inking roller

9. The heavy roller is not working well

(1) the heavy roller is not removed and reinstalled in place

(2) the paper wool and impurities on the surface of the heavy roller are not cleaned, and they return to the ink path to clean the heavy roller; This other manufacturer's increase of 10 yuan/ton is the balance we must reach

(3) replace the bearings at both ends of the heavy roller due to damage

10. The printing plate roller is transmitted from the defective

(L) the printing plate surface is uneven and the version is changed

(2) the hydrophilic and inkfriendly properties of the printing plate surface are not good for changing plates

(3) if the surface of the printing plate cylinder is not horizontal, readjust it to make it horizontal

(4) the plate cylinder moves axially in series, and the axial locking nut of the plate cylinder can be locked so that it has a string momentum of 0.03mm

(5) replace the bearing when the bearing of the plate cylinder is damaged

(6) put on the plate after the ink pile on the surface of the printing plate cylinder is cleaned

(7) the pad under the printing plate is uneven, replace the pad

(8) the plate slides on the cylinder, and the plate clip is not locked

(9) if the surface of the printing plate is dirty, remove the dirt before printing

(10) continue printing after the surface of the printing plate is scratched, rubbed or inked

11. Poor ink transmission of rubber roller South

(1) the rubber blanket itself is uneven, replace or supplement

(2) the liner under the blanket is uneven, replace the liner

(3 the hydraulic universal testing machine adopts electro-hydraulic servo valve) the gasket under the rubber blanket is too smooth and replaced with a gasket with rough surface

(4) replace the rubber market due to the aging of the rubber blanket itself

(5) the rubber drum itself is uneven and its level is calibrated with a level gauge

(6) clean the ink on the rubber drum before printing

(7) the rubber blanket is not fastened to the rotating worm gear mechanism, so that the rubber is tensioned

(8) if the rubber cloth is not loose, remove it and reinstall it

(9) adjust the locking nut on the rubber drum axially to make it have a string momentum of 0.03mm

(10) the bearings on both sides of the rubber drum are damaged. Replace the bearings

12. Poor inking of paper

(1) the sizing degree of the paper surface is too poor (the roughening speed is too low). First print a layer of inking oil before printing or changing the paper

(2) the paper surface is seriously uneven. First close and press the paper away (without inking), and then print

(3) the ink absorption of paper surface is too poor, and pretreatment increases its ink absorption

13. Poor operation of the imprint cylinder

(1) the surface of the imprint cylinder is uneven and its level is re calibrated

(2) if there is dirt on the surface of the embossing cylinder, it should be cleaned before printing

(3) the imprinting cylinder can be adjusted axially to have a 0.03mm string momentum by adjusting its pin nut

(4) replace the bearing if the imprint cylinder bearing is damaged

14. The clutch pressure mechanism works poorly

(1) the clutch cannot be in place, and the connecting rod mechanism is deformed when the clutch cannot be closed. Replace the deformed connecting rod; If the position of the plug is incorrect, re calibrate the position of the plug

(2) the timing of clutch pressure is incorrect. Adjust the position of clutch pressure cam. Make it clutch accurately

(3) the bearing on the swing rod of the clutch pressure mechanism is damaged. Replace the bearing
