VI safety devices

6.1 lifting limiter

cranes should be installed with lifting limiters. For cranes with a maximum lifting capacity of more than 6T, if they are equipped with lifting display devices, the numerical error should not be greater than 5% of the indicated value

when the lifting capacity is greater than the rated value under the corresponding working conditions and less than 110% of the rated value, the power supply in the upward direction should be cut off, but the mechanism can move in the downward direction

6.2 lifting torque limiter

when the lifting torque is greater than the rated value under the corresponding working conditions and less than 110% of the rated value, the power supply in the rising and amplitude increasing directions should be cut off, but the mechanism can move in the falling and amplitude decreasing directions

6.3 travel limit

6.3.1 travel limit

the travel limit switch shall be installed in each running direction of the running mechanism of the rail crane. A limit switch stop iron shall be installed at the end of the travel. The installation position of the stop iron shall fully consider the braking travel of the crane to ensure that the crane can automatically stop when driving into the end of the track or when it is not less than 0.5m away from other cranes on the same track. The installation distance of the stop iron shall be less than the length of the cable

6.3.2 amplitude limit

6.3.2.1 the crane with trolley luffing shall be installed with amplitude limit device

for cranes with a maximum luffing speed of more than 40m/min, when the trolley runs outward, when the lifting torque reaches 80% of the rated value, it should automatically switch to low-speed operation

6.3.2.2 the boom crane shall be equipped with amplitude limit switches at the low position and high position of the boom, as well as devices to prevent the boom from bouncing back

6.3.3 lifting height limit

the crane shall be installed with a lifting height limit device at the limit position on the hook. For trolley luffing crane, the lifting height limiter shall ensure that when the transformation of the electrical control system by the hook frame is imminent and the distance from the top to the lower end of the trolley frame meets the specified distance in gb9462, the power supply in the rising direction shall be cut off immediately

the limiter at the lower limit position of the hook can be set according to the user's requirements

6.3.4 slewing limit

slewing limiter shall be installed for cranes without collector in slewing part. The slewing part of the crane must be able to rotate freely under non working conditions; For rotary mechanism with self-locking function, safety limit torque coupling shall be installed

6.4 trolley rope breaking protection device

the crane with trolley luffing shall be equipped with trolley rope breaking protection device

6.5 anemometer

cranes with a height of hinge point at the root of boom greater than 50m should be installed with anemometer. When the wind speed is greater than the working limit wind speed, the alarm of stopping operation shall be sent out

the anemometer should be installed at the windproof place between the top of the crane and the highest position of the sling

6.6 rail clamp

rail crane must be installed with rail clamp, which should ensure that the crane can not move on the track under non working conditions

6.7 buffer

the end of the crane (trolley) track needs to be installed with a stop frame, and the buffer is installed on the stop frame or crane. When the crane collides with the stop frame at the end of the track, the buffer must ensure that the crane can stop smoothly without violent impact

the buffer shall be designed in accordance with article 6.4.9 of GB/t13752

6.8 baffle

for cranes traveling on the track, barrier removal baffle should be installed on the platform frame, and the gap between the baffle and the track should not be large. It is not only an indispensable basic production link of a large number of industrial and agricultural products, but also 5mm

6.9 pulley block

the pulley block accessible by hands should be equipped with protective devices to prevent hands from squeezing between the steel wire rope and the pulley. The lifting pulley block that can change the magnification shall be equipped with a device that can change the magnification without touching the steel wire rope

seven control system

at present, many industries in China have certification requirements. 7.1 the design and layout of the control system should avoid the possibility of misoperation and ensure that the crane can operate safely and reliably in normal use

7.2 all control handles, hand wheels, buttons and pedals shall be set according to the functional requirements related to ergonomics, and sufficient operating space shall be ensured

7.3 the standard test method for air leakage of curtain wall and door samples under the specified pressure difference is ASTM E283 ⑵ 000 luffing or boom luffing mechanism, in which the right hand controls the lifting and traveling mechanism, and the left hand controls the rotation and trolley

7.3.1 when using the handle control operation, the movement direction of the mechanism is consistent with the handle direction specified in Table 1

a. the hand operating force should not be greater than 100N, and the operating stroke should not be greater than 400mm

7.5 there shall be eye-catching signs indicating the purpose and operation direction near all handles, hand wheels, buttons and pedals

7.6 the crane performance label should be placed in a visible part of the cab
